The Redd on Salmon Street is a new Ecotrust development located on SE 7th Ave between Taylor and Salmon, in the heart of Portland’s historic Central Eastside.  The Redd is comprised of three commissary kitchens, large scale cold and freezer storage, and a distributions center.  The building was designed to support local food enterprises, entrepreneurs, independent farmers, ranchers and fishers in the region, to help scale a robust regional food economy across the Pacific Northwest.
